FINDING PEACE IN YOURSELF
In today's world we earn everything; right from money and luxury to the best of our comforts. But, still we lack the greatest treasure- peace! We need to learn to love the world as we love our family. Our happiness should not remain dependent on the material world. The pleasures and sorrows of life are uncertain; the joy of material world is mortal and vanishes in the span of time. All religions have different theories of wisdom and peace, but the final law for all remains the same.
The definition of peace might vary from person to person depending upon his, her's needs and the number of fulfilled wishes. But the real peace is something far way different. It cannot be judged by the money we have or what we wear. No matter if we own huge properties and expensive vehicles. Or even none of these! Real peace has the satisfaction of your mental state and not the greed. Greed is rampant and there are very few people who say that their life has given them everything.
Basically, we must disassociate ourselves from all environmental influences and indulge ourselves to show gratitude towards God, nature and live happily in what we have. Generally, our outlook towards our life turns negative when our mind shout the demands those are dependent on material luxury. Nature (GOD) has always bestowed us with the satisfaction of knowledge and spiritual harmony. If we really believe in God, then we must adore His teachings. May it be Christ or a Hindu God or Allah or any other God, the power of positiveness and divine spirit remains immortal. The power of spirit will manifest only when we reflect the good side of our mind. Sunlight can glint the water but not the rock. In the same way our thoughts must reflect the mind of God. When love and mercy rules our heart, when we pledge to just enjoy every moment of life, we are then surely moving towards God.
Peace must start from home and school. We must never do such things for which we would regret later. The internal discomfort hampers the growth of peaceful mind and this discomfort is caused due to our wrong doings.
We must always compare ourselves with the poor and the one who is lacking comforts those we are gaining. This practice will bring us to internal satisfaction, decrease our greed and bring peace in our life. We cry for what we don't have but never be thankful for what we have.
Another reason to cause disturbance in our peace is our anger. When should solve every problem by right communication from time to time, to avoid clashes in relations and friendship to retain peace in our life forever.
